  • For returns, please email support@tempocoffee.co.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions as to where to send returned goods.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, and we strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.
